1934 Ford Fordor Sedan
Back                                                                                                                               To page 3

This 34 Sedan was found in Ainslie ACT and bought for $60, the body was still painted Light Blue and
no major Panel Beating was required, it did have one cracked rear quarter window, you can just see it
in the above photo. This was one good body complete with exellent Grille, Horns and working spare wheel lock.

The Engine and 3 Speed Transmission were removed from my A Roadster and fitted into this Sedan.
The other part of this story is that I had bought a 57 Oldsmobile Sedan with 371 V8 and 4 Speed Auto Trans
for $20 from Phil Cancillier in Queanbeyan NSW
which I promptly removed for use in this Sedan.Unfortunately it had a badly scored Crankshaft which
was too much trouble for this young rodder, so I sold the 371 V8 to a Romans HRC member.
The Olds Sedan was swapped for a 34 Ford Roadster which had a rodded chassis under it
including a 9" Ford Rear End, so the Chassis under the Roadster was swapped with the Sedan Chassis.
The rolling Roadster was then sold for $75 and ended up being restored in Victoria.
